1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all aspects of your use of the W99 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the registration process or use any part of the W99 platform.

W99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with W99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and W99.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use w99 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. w99 enforces strict age verification and may request supporting documents at any time.
• Be an individual, not a company or legal entity, unless otherwise stated in writing by W99.
• Not subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit you from using online betting services in your area of residence.
• Have never had an account previously closed by W99 due to terms violations, fraud, or abuse.
• Place bets under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not currently enrolled in any voluntary self-exclusion program related to wagering.

3Registration & Account Security

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account at w99. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of funds without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided may result in account closure and freezing of the available balance.

Regarding account security, you are fully responsible for:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone, including family members.
• Ensuring you log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Notifying w99 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Use the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature provided for added account security.
• Ensuring the device used to access w99 is free from malware and viruses.

W99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your negligence in maintaining the security of your account.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

W99 supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia to simplify your deposit process. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• FPX (Financial Process Exchange): Direct bank transfer via all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and more. Funds are credited within seconds.
• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost are accepted. Deposits are processed instantly with no additional charges.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Available for larger deposit amounts by verifying the transfer slip through the W99 portal.
• Digital Assets: w99 accepts deposits via USDT and select other digital assets for the convenience of certain users.

Your w99 account and registered payment method must be under the same name. W99 reserves the right to decline deposits that do not meet this requirement for security and fraud prevention purposes.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. No maximum limit is set for standard deposits; however, deposits exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification in accordance with our KYC procedures.

5Bonuses & Promotions

W99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to provide added value to our members. Each bonus is subject to the specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms.

The general terms applicable to all W99 bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated before a withdrawal is permitted. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, device, IP address, or household.
• W99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent methods, arbitrage betting, or promotion abuse.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically after the specified period.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• W99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on the W99 platform are subject to the following rules, which are designed to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all users.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in cases of clear technical errors on W99's part.
• W99 reserves the right to void or cancel any wager affected by odds errors, inaccurate information, or system disruptions.
• If a sporting event is postponed by more than 12 hours from its scheduled time, W99 reserves the right to void the related bets and return the funds to the user's account.
• In-play betting depends on market availability and may be suspended during critical moments of a match.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by sport type, market, and your VIP membership status.
• The Cash Out feature allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes at the value calculated by the w99 system at that moment. The Cash Out value may be higher or lower than the original bet amount.
• W99 uses pattern recognition technology to detect any abnormal or suspicious betting activity.

Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or commit betting fraud will result in immediate account closure and freezing of all funds.

7Fund Withdrawal

W99 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe. Withdrawals are the right of every member who has met all specified requirements.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes after the application is submitted, subject to completed KYC verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• First-time withdrawals may require additional verification, which can take up to 24 business hours.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the bonus withdrawal requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• W99 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third parties. The recipient name on your bank account or e-wallet must match the name registered at W99. Any request that does not meet this requirement will be automatically rejected.

8User Conduct

W99 expects all users to behave responsibly and to respect the platform and other users. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using third-party software, bots, or automated methods to access the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the system (match fixing, collusion) in any game or betting activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages or circumvent betting limits.
• Using another person's personal information to open an account or make transactions.
• Modifying, hacking, or attempting to access unauthorized sections of the platform.
• Spreading misleading or false information about W99 to other users or the general public.
• Engaging in any money laundering or illegal financing activities through the w99 platform.

W99 reserves the right to take legal action against anyone found to be in breach of these terms and causing loss to the platform or other users.

9Account Closure & Suspension

W99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term outlined in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Voluntary self-exclusion requests from the user.
• Compliance with instructions from relevant authorities or court orders.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the W99 support team. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed, and any valid remaining balance will be returned within 5 business days.

10Liability Limits

W99 strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times. However, w99 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or fully meet your specific requirements.

• W99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• W99's maximum total liability to any user in any given period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the preceding 30 days.
• W99 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or actions taken by authorities.
• Users access the W99 platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for all betting decisions made.

11Terms Amendment

W99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website, unless a different effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last modified. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
